Overview

I have 20 years experience as a management consultant, initially as a marketing and business strategist, then as an expert in customer management, contact centres and customer service and more recently as an organisational change consultant. Since gaining an MSc in Change Agent Skills & Strategies with the University of Surrey I have continued to explore a diverse range of disciplines and apply them to organisational practice. I am a certified practitioner in NLP and Spiral Dynamics and spent four years studying with the Institute of Psychosynthesis.

Given my experience, I am comfortable in a wide range of roles for my business and other organisational clients; as a strategic or organisational consultant, as a management team or group facilitator, as an educator and coach of leaders and other consultants.
