I am currently running two blogs!

These broadly correspond to my dual interests in the organisational and strategic spheres and are aimed at slightly different audiences, although there may be some overlap from time to time.

This is primarily concerned with organisational leadership, change and learning as well as with the professional development of organisational leaders and practitioners. I may also use it occasionally to explore integral, developmental and psychological perspectives on a broader range of societal and global issues. Once I have worked out the technicalities, I plan to use this as the basis for a monthly email newsletter to my contacts, clients and friends. Hopefully I can generate a lively dialogue and debate around some important topics.

This is more narrowly aimed at a business audience interested in customer management and strategic customer issues. I will partly using it to let off some steam about my experience of being a customer and explore the gap between what is said and what is done in the world of customer management. I want to exploit my sense of duality or schizophrenia that comes from being both a customer strategist and a customer at the receiving end of other people's strategies. Hopefully I will also find occasion to acknowledge some of those organisations that are getting it right.
