Introduction

Welcome to my ‘Consulting Services and Professional Development’ website.

I spend about half my time working as an independent consultant, mostly in UK and the rest of Europe, and the other half supporting my wife to run Château Chavagnac (pictured above) as a chambres d'hotes in the South of France. We are currenly rebuilding our barn which will enable us to offer a large space for meetings, groups, parties and other events. We are also planning to run and host our own courses and retreats at Château Chavagnac, details of which will soon appear on this and the Château Chavagnac sites.

This website promotes my professional services as a strategic and organisational consultant, facilitator and educator. My organisational expertise concerns leadership, change, learning and development and I specialise in supporting the continuing professional development of other organisational practitioners. My strategic expertise is focused around the development of winning customer strategies.

As a consultant I help organisations bring about customer oriented change by working with senior teams to address strategic and organisational issues. I draw upon my skills and experience as consultant, change agent, facilitator and coach according to the particular needs and situations of my clients. I have worked for a wide variety of organisational clients in the commercial, education, government and voluntary sectors.

I am also using this web site to share some of my ideas about organisation leadership, change, learning and development. I am passionate about keeping in touch with and creating thought leadership in these areas and specialise in making new theories, approaches and models (particularly from various branches of developmental psychology) relevant and accessible to others working within organisations.
